If you are a member, let us know what you are interested in by filling out and returning the

Interests Survey Form

DIRECTIONS FOR COMPLETING AND SENDING THE FORM VIA YOUR EMAIL ACCOUNT:

1. Click on the 'Interests Survey Form', above. Save it to your computer with a file name that you can remember.
2. Open the saved file and fill out the form. Notes: Text may move as you type. You may have to place a 'x' next to the box rather than in it. Don't worry. The main point is to complete the form as best as you can.
3. Once you finish the form, save it.
4. Open up your email account. Address the email to Linda Soliven at bonsaigirl43@att.net.
5. Attach the file. Hit send. You are done!

DIRECTIONS FOR PRINTING, COMPLETING AND MAILING THE FORM TO THE OFFICE:

If you prefer, you can print the blank form, complete it, and mail it to the LWVDV office. But, do try the email directions, above, as it will save time, trees, gas and postage. Plus, you may learn a new computer skill!
