FIXING THE BROKEN (STATE) BUDGET PROCESS

If you missed FIXING THE BROKEN (STATE) BUDGET PROCESS on Saturday, November 14, 2009, you can listen to the event here!
Suprisingly, one of the things you will hear is that the main issue is NOT budget and revenue. Learn from our Guest Speakers about what the real issues are, how this works, where we can pull more revenue without disrupting our State, and what we can do to turn this around for California.

Choose your preference of either 'open' or 'save'. The file will begin downloading. (Be patient. It may take 10 to 20 minutes to complete the download. Note: If the Transfer Rate displays 35KB/sec, expect 20 minutes. For 80KB/sec, expect 10 minutes.)
After download completes and you have opened (or saved, then opened) the audio file, you can listen in!
